Comments and Kudos
Everyone can say great things about
themselves. That's the easy part.
But when you are looking for an apartment,
the real question isn't what the rental
company says about itself, but what their
former residents say about them. We've
collected many kudos over the years, and you
can see some of them on this page.
One of the common compliments we've heard
is something most folks don't like to be
called, but we're proud of it, so we'll say
it here--we're cheap. Well, we would
prefer the words "affordable" or
"inexpensive," but really, it's all the same
thing. We don't mean that we're
skimping, but that we know things are tight
right now—and for many students, things are
always tight—and we're proud that we work
to save you a dime or two where we can.
So, when our residents say we're the cheapest
place to rent near UF, we'll take that as a
compliment. In fact, we think it's
such a compliment that we're telling you on
our website that we've heard it before—and
we're working hard to keep our rents down,
so we'll hear it again. You won't find
a fancy rec room, a fancy pool, or luxury
landscaping. But you will find nice
apartments you can rent, right where you
want them, and make sure you have the things
you need—like parking—included in rent
that is affordable.
Of course, some folks have decided to
move out, even before their lease is up.
